This is totally hardware. I have bought a fax machine j4680 printer and it is also a fax machine but it uses the phone plug. I have a voip phone but it uses the bigger plug that cable or dsl uses to connect online. Is there a converter that converts the plugs or some sort so I can get the fax working?
