How should I get 1800# which works in overseas? is it possible to get 1800# on any mobile phone?

I’m in export / import business having office overseas. Most of the time I want to receive direct calls from my customers to whom I can give immediate response as such Is there anyway I can get 1800# USA phone # whose ring directly goes to other overseas country? Like most of Indian Call Centre at Banglor India are using this facility? I want to get an economical 1800 # land line or mobile # so that anytime my customers / client may keep in direct touch with me for some significant issues.

Does Vodafone “Top up and Go” Mobile Broadband support p2p, VoIP and VPNs?

I’ve used 3 PAYG Mobile Broadband for about two years and found that it works perfectly with things like p2p and VoIP and for connecting over the internet to a VPN. Because the Vodafone network offers a better signal strength locally I’ve recently bought a “Top Up and Go” Vodafone K3565 USB Broadband modem although I haven’t tried it out yet.

Is there anybody out there using Vodafone “Top Up and Go” Mobile Broadband for p2p, VoIP and connection to VPNs? More precisely, has anybody out there had any success using this kind of mobile broadband with a VoIP program like Skype, or a p2p client like µTorrent, or connected remotely to a VPN over the public internet via their modem?

Anybody know if these services will be available out of the box?

Or will I need to configure the modem’s software in order to do these things?

Information and advice would be appreciated.

UK mobile is very very expensive. I dont know why UK is so behind in the mobile world. you can use big names like Rebtel and localphone but there rates are really high for mobile. i use uVOIPit to call UK landlines and there mobile rate is very cheap. try them
