if nettelephone voip software is used in UAE i would like to know if these calls can be tracked by the ISP’s as the voip company like nettelephone claims that these calls are using a VPN server(from nettelephone) that the calls go thru and that no one should be able to track if these are VoIP calls. is this true please explain

My relative is saying that you have to pay to talk on the iphone before even getting a voip installed on your iphone is this true?
I thought there was a way around it so you could just get a calling plan like say vonage for example (9.99 added to get your softphone) is it possible to run that without having to buy minutes for your phone itself?
Basically he is saying he cannot use the voip service without paying at&t or whatever else minutes – can’t you use a different voip provider or is it that even with any provider you have to pay a tariff like this one site says?
It would seem total bull crap to me to use such a system if one cannot even get a low monthly rate that is feasible.
