I have a Vista Laptop and I need to load as much of the basic, decent user-friendly software that would serve as a back up computer should my others fail.
I have Vista and its function is going to be a media center hub(ipod/portable media player/burner/converter), office (microsoft/acrobat/finance/print/scan/tr… internet/voip/P2P (all media types including extensions to view and use), plug and play (containing all drivers/connection software for all of the above).
So far tonite I have installed:
Nero8.
WinAmp 5.5Pro.
Internet security suite as told by cnet.
Please tell me your useful software list.
or what software you would use or rely on in advance.
And any methods and/or references to sites.
