Need to be able to pull voice mail messages from an Avaya Intuity and send to exchange. This is already possible with most POP/IMAP connectors, however I need to convert the file in transit to a WAV so that it can be played on the users blackberry. The Avaya Intuity creates the audio message file as a lvp file (Avaya propritary format) and sending to a blackberry does nothing as there are no mobile devices that I know of that will support a lvp audio files.
My only other option is a ridiclously expensive solution from avaya to the tune of about $14,000. PLEASE HELP !!!!!
