cheap calls to kazakhstan?

Im tired of paying such expensive VOIP rates to call my country. I need a reliable cheap VOIP provider who doesnt have hidden fees, expiration dates, or any kind of tricks. I just need to call and never have to worry about bad quality. Is there any such VOIP service that has cheap rates that comes to mind?

Probably best to get a prepaid phone card and place calls from a landline. (If you use your cellphone it will go against your minutes but no additional charges should appear)

voip to kazakhstan fixed lines is around 6 cent except Almaty is around 3.5 cent
mobile is expensive about 19.5 cent
alwys use voip programs that calculates by sec with free sec at begining to avoid dead open lines

Hey. I dont recommend you use Skype or services that are just “famous”. I think you can try any calling card VOIP service and get the full benefit of cheap calls with quality.

I can recommend uVOIPit to you because well they have a good rate and i believe quality is good because i call India regularly which is not the country your looking to call but still will be good.
