However, they no longer do that. If your PAP2 is a fairly recent model, like 2-3 years old, it is unlikely you can unlock it. If you have a really old version one PAP2, it might can be unlocked. You can read about unlocking procedures at the forum at www.voipuser.org However, more than likely your PAP2 is a newer model and is completely worthless unless you want to use it with Vonage.
